The BIO-Carbon excess heat recovery unit is designed to obtain a low-potential heat carrier for conversion into usable thermal energy.
The recovery unit is manufactured from heat-resistant steel and insulated with high-quality mineral wool. The basic supply package takes a high-potential heat carrier at `1000-1200 °C` directly from the BIO-Carbon flue stack and lowers its temperature by mixing it with atmospheric air to the required `120-300 °C`. An automated system controls the heat-carrier temperature within the specified setting.
